Editorial
Let's begin this editorial with a sensational news. I believe
TV news from all over the world (aside from talking of wars
taking place everywhere) got interest into the Mars discovery.
Slow-moving robots seking for ancient signs of life forms...
But a much more incredible event happened here at
Rainemu.com. You guessing what? Well here it is: the
release of four versions of our favourite emulator in less
than a single month! Such a titanic venture makes us laugh
at the Mars conquer!
And this brand new issue of Zzap!Raine is as full of news as
well as the emulator (version 0.40.0 is now available for
download). Let's first speak of the full restyle of the
magazine (fixes here and there, better layouts, icons, etc.),
plus you'll find a brand new section inside of the
"Games Info" page: a "real-time" list of
reviewed games mentioning the issue all games were reviewed,
ratings and labels!
What about our old computers? Here's the return of
Zzap!Test with reviews of C64, Spectrum, MSX and
Amiga versions of Bubble Bobble and Rastan.
As for the usual arcade reviews, here's another milestone:
Puck Man is awarded with a "Raine Sizzler"
though being 24 years old! That sounds quite incredible,
especially by considering the evolution of the videogames
industry...
Other games are Arkanoid, ESP Ra.De., Gals
Panic and Metal Black.
I wish you a happy reading and zzapping!
